HUMAN is an independent self-published cyberpunk sci-fi graphic novel saga written and created by Gabe Smith.

The story takes place hundreds of years into the future on Earth, surrounding a young female bounty hunter named Cezra, who lives in a society where human genetic engineering and bio-mechanical upgrades are illegal, but common.

In the opening episode, a difficult battle with a bio-tech dealer named Drolo entangles Cezra with the Department of Human Purity, a branch of government dedicated to removing bio-tech criminal elements from society. As a result, Dr. Carter, a surgeon at the military hospital, providing treatment to nano-tech virus infected patients, becomes involved as a result of this battle.

Human features a colorful cast of characters and vivid, inspiring artwork in a world that is yet to be seen by all of us.
